Warm Spinach Artichoke Dip

This warm and cheesy dip gets gobbled up quickly but if you have any left over, it’s great warmed up! I’ve tripled the batch and served in a chafing dish for bigger parties.  The great thing about this recipe is that you can add ingredients to it or change up the cheese and it turns into a totally different taste.  One of my favorite to add is grilled shrimp.  And of course if you know me…crab!

You can top with crispy bacon crumbs as well!  But this standby basic recipe is a go to and always seems to disappear. Thanks to my good friend, Pat Chester, who turned me on to warm cheese dip years ago and taught me to just put whatever you want in it!

Warm Spinach Artichoke Dip
Creamy and delicious! Great combination of cheese with the sourness of artichoke makes for a flavorful and easy appetizer. After experimenting with lots of ingredients, this is my favorite combination.

Recipe Notes

I can not count how many different ways I have made warm cheese dip! The last one I made I did not have goat cheese nor did I have artichokes BUT I was wanting this cheesy carb-free dip so badly I did some alterations. It made a great dip and needless to say was gone in no time!
