Momma Sue’s Sausage Rolls

I love making these cute little rolls and everyone always loves them!  You can get creative and put different things in them like, ham and cheese or make them sweet treats and put fruit and jelly in the them.  But my favorite is Sausage!

My family originally made this into a loaf of bread but one day I decided to try these nice little individual rolls and they have become a big hit!  Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Place frozen rolls onto a cookie sheet to thaw. Thaw 1-2 hours, just long enough to thaw but not rise.
  2. In a non stick skillet, brown the sausage. Drain well and place in a bowl. Add the parmesan cheese, egg and parsley. Mix together.
  3. Press the little rolls out, one at a time and place a tablespoon of meat filling in the center, pull up edges and pinch together. Place the sealed side down onto a cookie sheet. Prepare each roll and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, brush tops with melted butter and bake a few minutes longer just to lightly brown.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
