Place frozen rolls onto a cookie sheet to thaw. Thaw 1-2 hours, just long enough to thaw but not rise.
In a non stick skillet, brown the sausage. Drain well and place in a bowl. Add the parmesan cheese, egg and parsley. Mix together.
Press the little rolls out, one at a time and place a tablespoon of meat filling in the center, pull up edges and pinch together. Place the sealed side down onto a cookie sheet. Prepare each roll and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, brush tops with melted butter and bake a few minutes longer just to lightly brown.
