Peach Mixture

sliced fresh peaches

corn starch

lemon juice

vanilla extract

Topping

flour

brown sugar

cup ( 1 stick)
cold butter cut into pieces

cup
chopped pecans (optional)

cinnamon

tsp
salt

rolled oats
Instructions
Peach Mixture
Mix together in a medium bowl. Pour mixture into an 8 x 8 baking dish or 4-6 individual baking dishes.
Topping First Step
Crumble the flour, brown sugar and cold butter pieces together with fingers pinching the butter into small pea size pieces.
Add the pecans, cinnamon, salt and oats.
Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until light brown and peaches are tender when poked with a fork.
Serve warm with ice cream or perfectly satisfying by itself!
